Fullerman-Forro engagement is announced

XCLEARWATER, Fla. -- William and Susan Fullerman, 2348 Tudor Lane, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Michelle Susan Fullerman, to Elmer Steve Forro III, both of 3470 Flo-Lor Drive, Apt. 10, Youngstown.
The prospective groom's parents are Paul and Marie-Dominique Forro, 392 County Road 7, Dillonvale.
A ceremony will be held at 4:30 p.m. Sept. 3 at the St. James Meeting Place in Boardman Park, and a reception will be held afterward at the Holiday Inn, Boardman. Invitations will be issued for both.
Miss Fullerman is a graduate of Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in sociology.
Mr. Forro is also a graduate of YSU with a bachelor's degree in computer science and information systems. He is employed at Compco Industries in Columbiana as an assistant manager of information systems.
