XWOBURN, Mass. -- Memphis, Tenn., will be the new home of Dr. Damon R. Reed and his bride, Jennifer L. Quinn, who exchanged wedding vows April 2 in St. Anthony Church.
The Rev. Leo Lynch performed the 2 p.m. ceremony for the son of Joseph and Cynthia Reed of Boardman and the daughter of Robert and Deborah Quinn of Woburn, and a reception followed at the Georgetown (Mass.) Club before the couple left for a honeymoon in Aruba.
The couple will move to Memphis after the groom, senior resident at Children's Hospital in Boston, completes his residency in June. The bride is a pediatric nurse at Children's Hospital after earning a bachelor's degree in nursing at Syracuse (N.Y.) University.
The bride wore a strapless lace-up gown trimmed with crystals, pearls, sequins and beads. She was attended by Brianne White as maid of honor and bridesmaids, Gia Reed, the groom's sister-in-law; Julie Conway and Martha Quinn, her cousins; and Muriel Unanue, Alanna McGarry and Rebecca Makely.
The groom's brother, Justin Reed, was best man, and ushers were another brother, Tyler Reed; the bride's brothers, Robert and Kevin Quinn; and Dr. Usama Kanaan, Matthew Ross and Jason Hanna. Andrew Claflin, the bride's cousin, was ring bearer.
