Indictments
A Mahoning County grand jury declined to indict Kevin Mettin, 36, of Boardman on a drug abuse charge. The grand jury, which issued its report Thursday, did indict the following people:
Georgette Allen, a k a Allen Georgette, 44, Jacobs Road, Hubbard; abduction.
Lindsay G. Simstad, 20, South Raccoon Road, Youngstown; cocaine possession.
Derrick D. Slocum, 39, Brooklyn Avenue, Youngstown; burglary.
Robert S. Marino, 30, Meadowbrook Avenue, Youngstown; theft and passing bad checks.
Benjamin Pankey, 60, Springdale Avenue, Youngstown; trafficking in cocaine.
Tracy L. Cline, 32, Shalom Avenue, Warren; receiving stolen property and forgery.
Tawanna Harris, 27, addresses on Kendis Circle and West Myrtle Avenue, Youngstown; forgery (five counts).
Joseph A. Benedetti, 19, South McKinley Avenue, Alliance; pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor (three counts).
Robert J. Shaffer, 22, Jackson Street, Campbell; carrying a concealed weapon, illegal possession of weapons and resisting arrest.
Vernon R. Clay, 70, Maplecroft Road, North Lima; gross sexual imposition (two counts).
