kTUESDAY is primary election day in Ohio. All precincts in Mahoning and Columbiana counties will be open for voting on countywide sales tax issues and local races and levies. Most precincts in Trumbull County will be open. Polls open at 6:30 a.m. and close at 7:30 p.m.
