"Refrigeration Poetry Contest." Create the most original poem and win a magnetic poetry kit at Boardman, from April 1-30 during library hours.
"Teen Bingo." Come play our "teen" version of bingo. Prizes and snacks at Austintown, 6:30 p.m. April 12.
"Guitar Lessons." Learn the basics of plsying the guitar! One-on-one instruction means you can learn at your own speed. Space is limited, sign up today at Brownlee Woods, 6 p.m. April 20 & amp; 27; Campbell, 3 p.m. April 16 & amp; 23; and Struthers, 6 p.m. April 4 & amp; 11. An extra guitar will be available for the student to use.
"Classic Cartoons." Check out some classic movie cartoons at Canfield, April 7, at 3 p.m.; and Sebring, 3:30 p.m. April 6. Snacks will be provided.
"Second Annual Poetry Writing Contest." Have you written a great poem lately? Bring it to the Poland Library by April 13. All entries will be displayed until the end of April and voted on by teens in grades 7-12. Three winners will receive gift certificates at Poland, April 1-30, during library hours.
"April Foolery." It's the silly season for games, "dumb": magic tricks, etc. at East, April 7; North, April 5; and South, April 6. All at 4:30 p.m.

"Word Processing Mini-Series Part 1." An introduction to Microsoft Word, the word processor available on all YPL public access computers at Main Library, 9-10:30 a.m. April 23. Must have taken a basic computer class or be proficient with the mouse.
"Word Processing Mini-Series Part 2." This class builds upon the skills learned in Word Processing I at Main Library, 9-10:30 a.m. April 30.
"Power Point Mini-Series Part 1." An introduction to Power Point, a program for creating presentations where participants will learn specialized terminology, templates and Auto Wizard at Main Library, 9-10:30 a.m. April 7. Must have taken a basic computer class or be proficient with the mouse.
"Power Point Mini-Series Part 2." A continuation of Part 1, participants will learn how to make changes; manipulate slides; view and print your presentation at Main Library, 9-10:30 a.m. April 14.
