CRYSTAL BISSELLMICHAEL HENDERSON
XBOARDMAN -- Crystal Bissell, daughter of Stewart and Darlene Bissell, 1601 Thalia Ave., Youngstown, and Michael Henderson, 166 Beechwood Drive, son of Connie and Mike O'Dell of Poland and Mike Henderson of Marion, were married March 5 at St. James Meeting Place in Boardman Township Park.
The Rev. Doug Boquist performed the ceremony at 1:30 p.m. After a reception at The Embassy in Struthers the couple departed on a Caribbean cruise and trip to Las Vegas.
The bride's off-the-shoulder silk shantung gown was embroidered with sequins and pearls.
Honor attendants were her cousins, Michele Lunsford and Amy Mintz, and bridesmaids were Rebecca Bissell, her sister-in-law; Rebecca Lintner; Christine Hanysh; Tammie Harris; Whitney Henderson, the groom's sister; and Billie Jean Rowbotham, her goddaughter. Flower girls were Shaylynn, Cierra, Savannah and Arianna Bissell, her nieces.
Randy Hamady was best man, and groomsmen were the groom's father, stepfather and brother, Nevin Henderson; the bride's brother and nephew, Stewart and Nathaniel Bissell, respectively; and Tim Martin and Greg McCartney.
The bride is a mobile therapist and behavioral consultant for Comprehensive Children and Family Services in New Castle, Pa. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Mount Vernon Nazarene College and a master's in education from Youngstown State University. The groom is a laborer for Diorio Paving. They live in Boardman.
