XYoungstown Branch of the American Association of University Women will meet at 10 a.m. April 2 in the gathering room at Park Vista, 1216 Fifth Ave., Youngstown. "Just for the Health of It" will be the title of a talk by Shirley Lisk. Hostesses will be Helen Day, Frances Ritz and Connie Rosselli. XYoungstown Panhellenic Association will hold a guest day April 2 at Antone's Banquet Centre, 8578 Market St., Boardman. A social hour at 11 a.m. will precede a noon luncheon and fashion show. A Chinese auction and 50-50 raffle are also planned. Proceeds will benefit the group's scholarship fund and the Rescue Mission of Youngstown. XAn annual dinner meeting of Moraine Preservation Fund will be held Thursday at Garden Gate Restaurant, Route 422, Prospect, Pa. The evening will begin with a silent auction at 6 p.m., followed by a buffet dinner at 6:30 and a program by Ester Allen, a naturalist, who will present "Do You Remember Pittsburgh?" XOhio Cultural Alliance has scheduled a meeting for 6 p.m. April 4 at the Youngstown Club, located on the fifth floor of the Commerce Building, 201 Commerce St., Youngstown. The topic will be "The Immigrant Experience: From the Hispanic World/Puerto Rico to the Mahoning Valley." Speaker will be Shorty Navarro, and Hispanic songs will be performed by the Felipe Gonzales trio. Cost is $11 for paid-up members and $16 for nonmembers. XPoland Women's Club will meet at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the YMCA, 45 McClurg Road, Boardman, for a tour of the facility. Hostesses will be Carolyn Thompson and Nancy Wilber.
XWarren Women's Connection will hold a luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 11 at Aulizio's Banquet Center, 4395 Youngstown-Warren Road. XCatholic Daughters of the Americas, St. Anne Court 1875, will meet April 4 in Founders Hall after the noon Mass. A brown-bag edibles auction will be held. Hostesses will be Theresa Ritter and Dorothy Lafko.
XHoly Name of Jesus Ladies Guild will meet at noon April 5 in Founders Hall with Ann Yurcho and Alice Chizmar serving as hostesses.
XImmaculate Heart of Mary Altar and Rosary Society will meet at 7:30 p.m. April 4 at Monsignor Prokop Parish Center for a program by Inglis Greenhouse. Hostesses will be Tracy Ponevac and Mary Klaser.
XMothers of the Crucifix Society of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church will meet at 2 p.m. April 3 in the lower church hall. Anita Jones will preside, and final plans for the group's card party will be discussed. Refreshments will be served.

XA representative of Salem Preservation Society will present a program on presidents' wives when St. Michael Altar Guild meets at 7:30 p.m. April 4 at the parish center. The rosary will precede the meeting at 7 in the church. Hostesses will be Marge Kana and Bernice Harnishfeger.
