WARREN -- A new Bible institute has recently been established in Warren, according to Father Eugene Rosu of Holy Resurrection. The Resurrection Bible Institute offers a three-year diploma in Biblical studies. Enrollment is open to the public. Father Rosu said, "We recently linked up with the IBI Publishers of Santa Fe Springs, Calif., an organization that provides structured courses for use in churches. This association brings us a first-rate faculty and enables us to train students at a modest cost." IBI Publishers supplies the classroom instructor manuals, the lectures, the student study guides, plus a quiz and examination program. Classes will start March 29 at 1836 North Road N.E. YOUNGSTOWN -- Sunday, from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., there will be an all-day Women In White service at the House of Revelation Church at 2936 Market St. The Rev. Ann Henry is pastor and services will be conducted by Elder Jacqueline Hudson.

AUSTINTOWN -- Austintown Baptist Church, 1180 South Raccoon Road, will present an evening of Christian music tonight at 7. Doors will open at 6:30. Anniversary celebration
YOUNGSTOWN -- The Rev. Lowell T. and first lady Jennifer Williams will celebrate their 10th pastoral anniversary Sunday at Zionhill Baptist Church at 220 Jefferson St. The 11 a.m. speaker will be the Rev. Joseph Jennings of Youngstown, and the 3:30 p.m. speaker will be the Rev. Dr. Samuel Williams of New Zion Baptist Church of Pittsburgh. The Rev. Lee T. Rucker, pastor of the Living Waters Baptist Church, will be the presiding master of ceremonies for the evening worship service.
Gospel Echoes to perform
NORTH LIMA -- The Gospel Echoes, presented by the prison ministry team, will perform at 6 p.m. Easter at North Lima Mennonite Church, Mennonite Drive, just off state Route 7. This presentation will include gospel music, testimonies and a multimedia presentation of their work in the prisons.
Palm Sunday cantata
NORTH LIMA -- Cornerstone Assembly of God, 185 W. South Range Road, will present a cantata, "Amazing Grace," on Palm Sunday. Performances are at 10:30 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Easter cantata
WARREN -- First Assembly of God, 2640 Parkman Road N.W., will present the Easter cantata "Rejoice" at 7 tonight and at 6 p.m. Palm Sunday. There will be free admission and a nursery.
Joint choir performance
The joint choirs of the Struthers and Lockwood United Methodist churches are preparing an Easter Cantata called "Wondrous Love" centered on the text to the well-known hymn "What Wondrous Love is This?" Join the churches on Palm Sunday at 9:30 a.m. at the Struthers Church at 33 Sexton St., Struthers, and 11 a.m. at the Lockwood church at 4570 Lockwood Blvd., Youngstown, as they relive the story of Christ's Passion and the Resurrection in music and readings. Easter Sunday Services will be at 9:30 at Struthers UMC and 11 a.m. at Lockwood UMC.
Resurrection program
BOARDMAN -- The praise team of Boardman United Methodist Church, 6809 Market St., will present "I AM," a Resurrection celebration, by David T. Clydesdale at 7 p.m. Maundy Thursday and Good Friday in the main sanctuary. This presentation is open to the public.
Palm Sunday choir
YOUNGSTOWN -- The Antioch Baptist Gospel Choir will present "Seven Steps To The Cross" Palm Sunday at 4 p.m. at Antioch Baptist Church, 110 Funston St., Youngstown. Under the leadership of the Rev. Ernest Ellis, seven ministers from various area churches will participate. The choir under the direction of Reggie Smith will also present a concert of all original songs March 26 at Antioch Baptist Church.
Sunrise service
LOWELLVILLE -- The Lowellville Rod & amp; Gun Club will host a nondenominational Easter sunrise service at the club's lake. The short service will begin at 6 a.m. and will be followed by a breakfast in the clubhouse. The service and breakfast are open to the public, and there is no charge.
