Alexandra Semon is bride-elect of Frank Nannicola II

XWARREN -- Richard and Sandra Semon, 1117 Hazelwood Ave. S.E., are making known the engagement of their daughter, Alexandra Marie Semon, and Frank Andrew Nannicola II, son of Frank and Janet Nannicola, 2084 Atlantic St. N.E.
Open church will be observed when the couple exchange vows during a 5 p.m. ceremony July 22 at St. James Church. Invitations will be issued for an evening reception at Leo's Ristorante and Banquet Center in Howland.
Miss Semon is a science teacher at East Palestine Elementary School. She received her bachelor's degree in elementary education and her master's in educational administration from Youngstown State University.
Mr. Nannicola, general manager of Nannicola Inc. in Youngstown, received his bachelor's degree in criminology and law studies from Marquette University in Milwaukee.
