The grand jury also indicted these people Thursday:
Lowell Abbe, 62, and Carolyn Abbe, 51, both of Plainfield, Ind.; misuse of credit card and theft.
Travis Sanders, 18, New York Avenue, Sebring; burglary (two counts).
Wiley Lundy, 23, West Judson Avenue, Youngstown; illegal possession of a firearm, carrying concealed weapons, breaking and entering, possession of cocaine.
Maurice J. Christian, 29, Dale Street, Youngstown; cocaine possession (two counts).
Marco A. Giovanni, 42, Mill Road, Berlin Center; aggravated vehicular homicide.
Everette D. Walton, 29, Applecrest Court, Boardman; trafficking in marijuana (two counts).
James Newell, 23, East Boston Avenue, Youngstown; cocaine possession and heroin possession.
Marvin Williams, Prospect and Budd streets, Sharon, Pa.; receiving stolen property and failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer. The jurors found insufficient evidence to indict Williams on a theft charge.
John Humphries Jr., 33, McKinley Road, McDonald; identity fraud.
Christopher Thompson, 20, Cooper Street, Youngstown; aggravated robbery.
Donald Thompkins, 18, East Myrtle Avenue, Youngstown; cocaine trafficking.
Ryan T. Greenwood, 31, Old Lincoln Highway, East Liverpool; cocaine possession.
Ozell E. Lair Jr., also known as Karl Lair and Victor Malcolm, 40, Shaw Avenue, Youngstown; receiving stolen property (two counts).
Matthew J. Nicholson, 26, Indianola Road, Boardman; cocaine possession, trafficking in cocaine (two counts), and trafficking in drugs.
