Pittsburgh pair set August date for ceremony

XBOARDMAN -- Gary and Denise Houser, 445 Melbourne Ave., are announcing the engagement of their son, Jim Houser, 121 Grandview Ave., Pittsburgh, to Shay Stewart, 121 Ridge Ave., Pittsburgh.
The couple will exchange vows during a 6 p.m. ceremony Aug. 20 at Grace Church, Harmony, Pa., and will receive guests that evening during a reception in the Columbian Room in Wexford, Pa. Invitations will be issued.
Mr. Houser earned a bachelor's degree in business at Westminster College, New Wilmington, Pa., and works as a buyer for Consumers Produce in Pittsburgh.
Miss Stewart is a fourth-grade teacher for Seneca Valley School District in Cranberry Township, Pa., after earning a bachelor's degree in elementary education at Westminster. She is a daughter of Stephen and Lynn Stewart, 1203 Harmony Heights, Harmony.
