May wedding set for Miss Kowal, Jeffrey Jones

XYOUNGSTOWN -- John and Karen Kowal, 1299 Townsend Ave., are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Kristina Kowal, to Jeffrey Jones, son of Paulette Jones, 1150 Will-O-Wood Drive, Liberty, and the late Robert Jones.
The couple have planned an open ceremony for 2 p.m. May 14 at Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church, and will issue invitations for an evening reception at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church hall.
The future bride is a registered nurse at Forum Health Northside Medical Center after earning a bachelor's degree in nursing at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. The prospective groom, who attended Youngstown State University, is a journeyman wireman for Valley Electrical Consolidated.
