Practice interview sessions set
YOUNGSTOWN -- Area employers will interview more than 175 Youngstown State University students and recent graduates Friday during the Spring 2005 Professional Practice Interview Day.
The event is from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Chestnut Room of Kilcawley Center.
More than 230 employment opportunities, full-time positions and internships, are available for YSU students and recent graduates of the Williamson College of Business Administration.
The openings are available at public accounting firms, state and local government, public relations agencies, large corporations, marketing firms, brokerage firms, banks, investment groups, manufacturing companies, non-profit organizations, and retail establishments.
The internships are short-term, project-specific work opportunities that allow students to earn college credits toward graduation.
More than 43 percent of Williamson graduates complete an internship through this program.
Companies and organizations interested in learning more about the program should contact Gwenn Clark, Williamson's coordinator of professional practice program, at (330) 941-1405.
