FEDERAL GRAND JURY Two indicted on narcotics charges
Several others were charged with various crimes.
CLEVELAND -- A federal grand jury has returned an indictment charging Marsha M. Klasovsky, 57, of West Middlesex, Pa., and Stephen A. Foundoulis, 60, of Warren, with three counts of federal narcotics laws violations.
Charges allege that the pair operated a sophisticated marijuana-growing operation. The charges include possession with intent to distribute, the unlawful manufacturing of marijuana in excess of 1,000 plants and maintaining a premises in Goshen Township for the manufacture and distribution of marijuana.
A grand jury also indicted Terri A. McCambridge, of New Springfield, on three counts of tax evasion. Between 1998 and 2000, McCambridge allegedly embezzled about $240,999 from her employers and failed to report that money to the Internal Revenue Service.
Dwaine A. McElroy, 39, of Warren, was charged with offenses related to the armed robbery and hijacking of a Walgreens delivery truck. The charges include interference with commerce by robbery, brandishing a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence and possessing a firearm after having been convicted of a felony.
Willie Oliver III, 19, of Youngstown was charged with violating federal firearms laws. An indictment alleges that Oliver unlawfully possessed an unregistered machine gun with an obliterated serial number.
Darrell Dawson, 32, of Youngstown, was charged with distribution of crack cocaine.
A grand jury has charged Antwan Lake, 22, of Youngstown, with possessing a firearm after having been convicted of a felony.
John A. Smith, 24, of 3852 Ayrshire Drive in Youngstown, has been charged with possessing a firearm after having been convicted of a felony.
