Medical Mutual seeks senior nominations

CLEVELAND -- Medical Mutual's Senior Advisory Council is seeking nominations throughout Ohio for the company's Outstanding Senior Volunteer Award program. The Volunteer Awards honor individuals age 65 and older for exemplary community service.
Seniors will be recognized at the 15th annual awards luncheon Thursday, Oct. 6, at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Independence, Ohio. The award recipients and their nominators will attend the luncheon as guests of Medical Mutual.
It is not necessary to be a Medical Mutual cardholder to participate. To qualify, volunteers must be nominated by a community organization. Members of these organizations may send a request for a nomination entry form to: Traci Haynes, MZ: 01-5A-6920, Medical Mutual, 2060 E. Ninth St., Cleveland, OH 44115. Nominations must be postmarked no later than July 15.
