XThe Village of Hanoverton will hold its annual Peddler Days from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 9 and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 10. Various events and entertainment will be featured during the two-day event celebrating the history of the town. To rent vendor space, call (330) 223-1583. FUND-RAISERS
XGreenville Area Preservation Association and Anderson Coach and Travel are sponsoring a raffle for a 6 1/2-day trip to Orlando, Fla., Sept. 4-10. The winner of the trip will also receive $800 to use as they wish. The trip is for four people and two rooms. Tickets may be purchased at Anderson Coach and Travel, Greenville Giant Eagle, Klingensmith's Mini Mart, Karen and Jerry's Family Restaurant and Reynold's Sparkle Market. SHOWS
XA fashion extravaganza and luncheon, sponsored by the East Liverpool Calcutta Area Garden Club, will be held July 30 beginning at 10:30 a.m. at the East Liverpool Motor Lodge Ballroom, Dresden Avenue, East Liverpool. Cost is $15, and there will be door prizes, a Chinese auction and 50-50 raffle. The show will include bridal fashions and also historical costumes provided by the Red Hat Society Fashions.
