IN THE CUP! Area Holes in One



David Tyburski of Hubbard aced the No. 5 hole at Tamer Win Golf Course in Cortland. He used an 8-iron on the 153 yard hole, his second of his career. Witnessing the shot were William Matovina, Dan Archer, Jim Rasile and Paul Bolchalk.
Jack Bodi aced the No. 5 hole on the South Course of Mill Creek Golf Course. He hit a pitching wedge on the 124 yard hole.
Tom Kellogg of Warren made a double eagle on the No. 7 hole, 510 yards, at Tamer Win Golf Course. He hit a driver, then a 5-wood from 240 yards into the hole. Witnessing the shot were Gary Burnett, Joe Sejda and John Copenhaven.
Kathy Miller of Salem recorded a hole-in-one at the Hyde-a-Way Golf Club in Beloit. She aced the 120-yard, par-3 seventh hole using a 5-iron. Witness was Amber Allison.
Dave Deemer of Poland aced the 155-yard No. 4 hole at Valley Golf Club in Columbiana. Witnesses were Dave Liston, Gary Plotz and Sharon McDonald.
Lou Mink of Salem aced the No. 16 hole at Salem Hills Golf Club, 144 yards, using a driver. His first ace was witnessed by Bill Mink.
Dave Fisher of Salem made a hole-in-one at the No. 3 hole at Salem Hills Golf Club. He hit a 7-iron on the 153 yard hole. It was witnessed by Sherry Fisher, Walt Kovach and Barb Kovach.
Felix Tarorick of Salem aced the No. 8 hole, 144 yards, with a 9-iron at the Salem Hills Golf Club. The shot was witnessed by Larry Lavorata, Jerry Rich and Walt Kovach.
Thomas Burton of Ellsworth made a hole-in-one on the No. 8 hole at Diamondback. He used an 8-iron. His shot was witnessed by his father, Tom Burton.
Richard Getz of Bessemer aced the 200-yard 17th hole at Mohawk Trails, using a 4-iron.
Ben Heverly scored a hole-in-one at Dogwood Golf Course in Lake Milton. He used a wedge on the 130-yard, No. 3 hole. It was witnessed by Chris Wach.
Max Fitzer aced the No. 8 hole on the North Course at Mill Creek Golf Course. He used a pitching wedge on the 133-yard hole. Witnesses were Tony Dellepenna, John Dorbish and Chuck Davis.
