HARTFORD -- The 23rd All Star Sprint Speedweek will come to Sharon Speedway on Wednesday.
The All Star Sprint Speedweek, part of the All Star Circuit of Champions, consists of eight races in eight nights on tracks across Ohio.
After the eighth race, points will be tallied and someone will be named Speedweek Champion.
Driver of NASCAR's 07 Jack Daniel's car, Dave Blaney (Sharon Speedway owner), and brother, Dale (the 2003 and 2004 Speedweek Champion), will compete against each other and as many as 50 other drivers.
More Ohio sprint car drivers competing will be Jac Haudenschild, Kenny Jacobs, Dean Jacobs and Rob Chaney.
Other notable drivers expected to race at Sharon Speedway are Danny Smith, Greg Wilson, Randy Hannagan, Kelly Kinser, Brock Mayes and Jeremy Campbell.

As of June 18, Chad Kemenah lead the All Star Circuit of Champions in points with Dale Blaney in a close second position.
On Tuesday, Sprint Speedweek drivers will compete at Raceway 7 in Conneaut. Fans who purchase tickets to Sharon Speedway and Raceway 7 during Speedweek will be entered into a drawing for the Sharon Nationals Weekend Getaway, including tickets, T-shirts and a hotel room near the track.
The All Star Circuit of Champions will return to Sharon Speedway for the Sharon Nationals on Sept. 2-3.
Other tracks included in Speedweek are Eldora Speedway, Attica Raceway Park, Muskingum County Speedway, Raceway 7, Freemont Speedway, Limaland Motorsports Park and K-C Raceway.
The sprints that will run have a 410 cubic inch engine with clean-up, run on methanol and weigh 1,375 pounds. All cars must have a 25-square-foot inverted roof wing.
Pure Stocks will accompany the racing action on Wednesday. E-modifieds will accompany the sprints on Tuesday.
All Star Sprint Speedweek events will be broadcast live on the Internet at www.golivesports.com with Rob Klepper announcing.
Adult tickets to Sharon Speedway cost $18 in advance and $22 at the gate. Tickets for children ages 6-13 cost $8 in advance and $10 on race day. Children 5 and younger are admitted free. Pit passes cost $30.
Gates open at 4 p.m. and cars will be on the track at 6 p.m.
