Big inning keys Yo. Metros, 8-0

YOUNGSTOWN -- Thirteen batters went to the plate in the fifth inning as Youngstown Metros scored all of their runs en route to an 8-0 victory over Gibson/Govenor Insurance in Class AA Baseball League action at Pemberton-Donnell Park.
Four errors, two walks, three stolen bases, a triple by Josh Conkey, a double by Brett Pitzullo and a pair of singles by Dan Bertolini produced the runs.
Josh Conkey also hit a double. John Hay scattered five hits with 10 strikeouts to pick up the win.
Warren AA
WARREN -- Anthony Jones fired a one-hitter with 11 strikeouts as D & amp;K Roofing posted a 9-1 victory over LBW Dawgs in Warren Class AA League at Packard Park MacGregor Field.
Jeremy Burnett led the winners with three hits. Vince Gentile added two and Drew Mullee had two RBIs.
Penn Ohio 7, Champion Molded Plastics 2
Penn Ohio broke a 2-2 tie as it scored two runs in the bottom of the third inning, then added three more in the fourth.
Mike Hanck paced Penn Ohio with three hits and he drove in three runs. Jason Johnson, Steve Liebal and Jeff Claar had two hits apiece.
