XCOLUMBUS -- The Columbus Latter-day Saints Temple was the setting at 7 p.m. May 13 for the wedding of Theresa A. Myers, 167 Stahl Ave., Cortland, daughter of Jerome Myers, Cortland, and the late Mary Myers, and Charles R. Shuster, 420 Maple St., Niles, son of the late Charles L. and Dessie R. Shuster.
H. Lowell Ralph presided at the ceremony.
The couple accepted congratulations during a reception at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Youngstown and are living at the Stahl Avenue address.
They have postponed a honeymoon in Europe until 2006.
The bride wore a matte satin sheath overlaid with beaded French lace and fashioned with a trumpet skirt extending to a full chapel train.
Wearing burgundy gowns, the honor attendant was the bride's daughter, Janessa Patrick of Cortland, and the bridesmaids were Judy Shuster of Canton, daughter-in-law of the groom, and Cora Patrick of Landstuhl, Germany, daughter-in-law of the bride.
Best man was the groom's son, Andrew Shuster of Canton, and groomsmen were Michael Patrick of Cortland and Brian Patrick of Landstuhl, Germany, both sons of the bride. Ushers were Frank Ellis of Warren, nephew of the bride, and John Darhower. Ring bearer was Garion Patrick of Landstuhl, grandson of the bride.
The bride, who is retired from Delphi Packard Electric Systems in Warren, is attending Raphael's School of Beauty Culture in Niles.
The groom, a veteran of the Marine Corps, is a tank driver for BP-Amoco Oil Co. in Niles.
