Plans announced for Rugh-Webb rite in mid-August

XBOARDMAN -- Announcement is being made by Christine Rugh-Fagan and Patrick Fagan, 7956 Spartan Drive, of the engagement of Rebecca Rugh of Houston to Andrew Webb, also of Houston, son of Karen and Jerry Webb, 489 N. Boundary, Edison.
The bride-elect is also a daughter of the late Jack Rugh.
The couple will exchange vows during a 2:30 p.m. ceremony Aug. 13 at St. Joseph Cathedral followed by a reception at Ohio State University Golf Club, both in Columbus. Invitations will be issued.
Miss Rugh is a graduate of OSU with a bachelor's degree in psychology and is pursuing her master's in school psychology at Sam Houston University in Houston. Mr. Webb attended OSU and is employed by Ikon Business Solutions in Houston.
