XYOUNGSTOWN -- The exchange of nuptial vows took place during a 2:30 p.m. ceremony June 4 as Erin Spisak and Chad Csepeggi were united in marriage at St. Matthias Church by Monsignor Peter Polando.
A reception was held afterward at Byzantine Center at the Grove to honor the daughter of Elaine Spisak of Boardman and David Spisak of Boardman and the son of Chip and Joyce Csepeggi of Youngstown.
The couple honeymooned on the island of St. Lucia and live at 3635 Erie Ave., Cincinnati.
The bride wore a strapless gown of imported matte satin accented with a sweetheart design of crystals on the bodice and waistline and featuring a cathedral-length train.
Amethyst gowns were worn by honor attendant Shannon Spisak, the bride's sister, and the bridesmaids, Megan Gilbert, also her sister, and Toni Reebel, Michele Vennetti, Katie Lape, Stacy Widomski, Kim Swanson and Lisa Holcomb. Flower girls were Alexis and Carsen Gilbert, her nieces.
Ryan Csepeggi was best man for his brother, and groomsmen were Shawn Gilbert, the bride's brother-in-law, and Matt McGivern, Todd Lang, Jeff Humphrey, G.T. Badanjek, Jason Makara and Ryan Zwick.
Mrs. Csepeggi is a graduate of Mount Union College in Alliance and is employed by Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield in Cincinnati as a financial operational analyst. Mr. Csepeggi earned a bachelor's degree at Youngstown State University and is a research assistant at the University of Cincinnati.
