Dinner, program mark Reigles' 60th anniversary

XNILES -- The Rev. Carmine and Eleanor Reigle of Niles were honored for their 60th wedding anniversary at a dinner June 11 at Alberini's Restaurant.
The event was hosted by their son, Ronald Reigle, and attended by more than 70 relatives, colleagues and friends, including some from Texas, Florida and Pennsylvania. A program reflecting their lives together was presented by their son and included a video photo show, tributes from several speakers and vocal duets. Among those participating were the Rev. John Mizgerd of Niles Christian Assembly, the Rev. Andrew Farina of Greenville Christian Assembly and the Rev. Larry Albanese of Warren Assembly of God.
The Rev. Mr. Reigle and the former Eleanor Bernard of Youngstown were married June 2, 1945, at First Christian Assembly in Youngstown.
Mr. Reigle was the first full-time pastor of Niles Christian Assembly and continued to pastor for more than 40 years. He was assisted by his wife in various areas of ministry, including playing the piano.
