XSAN FRANCISCO -- Harbor Village was the setting May 14 for the wedding of Dr. Angeline Lim, 1180 N. Lemon Ave., Menlo Park, Calif., daughter of Dr. Bee Min and Gertrude Lim, 1392 Virginia Trail, Youngstown, and Dr. Ronald Jou, 1532 Kirkham St., son of Dr. Karen Chou, 4597 Seneca Drive, Okemus, Mich.
The couple exchanged their vows during a 6 p.m. ceremony performed by Dr. Robert Cook, and they received guests at Harbor Village Restaurant before leaving for a wedding trip to Tucson, Ariz.
They are living at the Lemon Avenue address.
The bride is a plastic surgery resident at Stanford University Hospital in Palo Alto, Calif., where the groom is a general surgery resident. She earned her medical degree at the University of Akron and Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine in Rootstown. He earned his undergraduate degree at Harvard University in Boston and his medical degree at the University of California San Francisco Medical School.
The bride, who is retaining her maiden name, wore an ivory gown with crisscross ties at the back for the ceremony and a traditional Chinese red gown for the tea ceremony during the reception.
The couple's brothers, Gary Lim and Kevin Jou, were best men of honor.
