JCC EVENT Solomon Classic set at Squaw Creek CC



VIENNA -- The 2005 Jewish Community Center Suzi Solomon Golf & amp; Tennis Classic is set for Monday at Squaw Creek Country Club.
The day's events will include golf, tennis, lunch, a cocktail hour and dinner in the ballroom.
Refreshments will be provided throughout the day on the course and courts. Hole-in-one prizes include a chance to win a new car or Hummer, $25,000 or airline tickets to anywhere in the United States, and auction prizes including a weekend getaway, dinner and a movie for two , a bowling party for 25, $50 gift certificates toward a one-night bed-and-breakfast stay, and 18 holes of golf. Other prizes include tickets to various sporting events such as the Cleveland Browns, Indians and Cavaliers and the Mahoning Valley Scrappers games, and gift certificates or gift baskets to area restaurants and service establishments.
The schedule
The day begins at 11:30 a.m. with registration and lunch. Golf shotgun tee time is 1 p.m.; tennis starts at 3:30 p.m.
Cocktails will be served at 5:45 p.m., with the dinner, auction and raffle to follow.

Co-chairmen of the event are Karen Levy and Tod Newman; prize committee chairwoman is Jodie Damioli; day of event chairwomen are Janine Silverman and Cindy Kravitz; golf chairmen are Bruce Tamarkin and Jeff Solomon; and tennis chairmen are Cathy Ballas and Howard Sniderman who will help tennis players get their game going with a mixed doubles tournament.
