ARUBA Two men released in Holloway search

The girl's mother believes they are uninvolved in her daughter's disappearance.
ORANJESTAD, Aruba (AP) -- Lawyers for two former hotel security guards detained more than a week in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway filed motions in court Monday arguing there isn't any evidence against them and they should be released.
The move came a day after the Alabama teen's mother said she didn't think the two men had anything to do with the disappearance. She said authorities on this Dutch Caribbean island should concentrate on three other young men also being held in the investigation.
A judge was expected to review the petitions for Antonius "Mickey" John, 30, and Abraham Jones, 28, within a few days, said John's lawyer, Noraina Pietersz.
"These guys are clearly not suspects," Pietersz said. "I don't see how the prosecution can carry on investigating them."
Authorities did not return calls seeking comment Monday. However, Attorney General Caren Janssen said Sunday there was enough "reasonable suspicion" to warrant holding the two. "We are still in the middle of an investigation," she said.
No one has been charged, and lawyers for all five detainees insist their clients are innocent.
Holloway's mother, Beth Holloway Twitty, said Sunday night that the family was organizing a new search for the 18-year-old honors student, who disappeared May 30 after a night of dancing and drinking at the end of a school trip. It wasn't clear when the search would begin.
In an interview with The Associated Press, Holloway Twitty expressed confidence the former security guards were innocent and said the three other men who have told police they were with her daughter should be the focus of the investigation.
"All three of those boys know what happened to her. They all know what they did with her that night," Holloway Twitty said during a nearly hourlong interview in her room at the Holiday Inn.
