XLIBERTY TOWNSHIP -- The Rev. Daniel Cesene solemnized the marriage of Tami J. Britton, Parma, and Michael C. Maffitt, Warren, on May 28 at First Christian Assembly Church.
The ceremony took place at noon, and a reception was held afterward at Blue Magoo's Tap and Grill in Warren.
The daughter of Kenneth L. Jr. and Rosemary C. Britton, 1555 Edgewood N.E., Warren, and the son of Michael P. and Dianne L. Maffitt, 431 Roselawn Ave. N.E., Warren, will reside in northeast Ohio.
The couple both served in the Air Force. After seven years in the service, the bride is employed with Forest City Enterprises in Cleveland. The groom is serving in the Air Force Reserves and works for the Department of Defense at the Youngstown Air Reserve Station in Vienna.
