Michelle Spano, Mr. Swann plan autumn nuptials

XNILES -- Linda Spano of Niles is announcing the engagement of her daughter, Michelle Marie Spano, to Linden Patrick Swann, son of Donald J. Swann of Easton, Md., and Jane Keller of Oxford, Md.
The bride-elect is also a daughter of the late Mario Spano. She is a graduate of Kent State University with a bachelor's degree in special education. She earned a master's degree with a certification in teacher leadership at John Hopkins University, Baltimore, and is employed as a special-education teacher at Easton (Md.) High School.
Mr. Swann received a bachelor's degree in geography from Frostburg (Md.) State University. He is employed at Cambridge (Md.) International as a regional manager for Europe and Africa in the International Sales Division.
A fall wedding is planned at St. Mark United Methodist Church in Easton.
