XYOUNGSTOWN -- Making their home in Atlanta after a honeymoon in Antigua are Jeff Shaver and his bride, the former Jeannie Evans, who were married May 7 at St. Stanislaus Church.
The couple exchanged their vows before the Rev. Edward Neroda during a 1:30 p.m. ceremony and received guests afterward at Stambaugh Auditorium.
The bride, the daughter of Jack and Irene Evans, 198 Caribou Drive, is a human-resources consultant with HRworks in Atlanta after earning a degree, with honors, in psychology from the University of Toledo.
The groom, a son of Robert Shaver of 1 Edgemeer Drive, Rochester, N.Y., and Mary Shaver of Geneva, N.Y., is a managing partner for Atlanta Capital Group after studying business management at the University of Buffalo.
The bride wore a strapless, tiered A-line dress of silk styled with a dropped waist and chapel-length train.
Her attendants, in silver and aqua, were Tammy Evans of Atlanta and Lori Stolly of Lima, maid and matron of honor, respectively; Candace Gourno of Columbus, Jennifer Peterson of Skaneateles, N.Y., and Kelsey Hilbrich of Denver, bridesmaids; and Madison Stolly of Lima and Ryleigh, Madelyn and Tess Peterson, all of Skaneateles, flower girls.
Rob Shaver of Bridgewater, Conn., performed the duties of best man, Jason Kapelewski of Phoenix, Dylan Jones of Vancouver, British Columbia, and Damon Curtis of Atlanta were groomsmen, and Nathan Stolly of Lima was ring bearer.
