CORTLAND STREET FAIR What's happening
Cortland Lions Street Fair will be June 23-25 with the theme "The Four Seasons." The fair runs 6 p.m. to midnight Thursday and Friday and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, with the parade at 6 p.m. For more information about the parade call (330) 367-4457 or (330) 637-5736. Advance ride tickets are available at Cortland Sparkle Market, Custom Countertop & amp; Kitchens, Marcy's Hallmark Card Shop, Ron's Barber Shop and Star Cleaners & amp; Slick Stitch Embroidery, 20 tickets for $10. JUNE 23
7 p.m.: Flag Raising Ceremony, Cub Scout Pack 252
Welcoming ceremony with Cortland Lions Club President Basil Jarrett; Cortland Mayor Curt Moll; Street Fair Chairman John Campany; Queen Chairwoman Julie Vugrinovich
7:30 p.m.: Queen contest.
Music provided by Chuck Abbott throughout the evening.
10 p.m.: Announcement of Queen winner.
JUNE 24
7 p.m. to 11 p.m.: Local musician Gary Pirrung.
JUNE 25
1 p.m. to 5 p.m.: Kiddie Matinee; wristbands sold for rides.
6 p.m.: Grand parade.
8 p.m.: Local band Family Pride
10:15 p.m.: Fireworks.
