Tamara Meffan, fianc & eacute; planning summer wedding

XGIRARD -- The engagement of Tamara Marie Meffan and Vincent Kyle Ragozine, both of Columbus, is being announced by their parents, Ronald and Joan Meffan and Richard and Roselyn Ragozine, all of Girard.
Miss Meffan is a psychology student at Ohio State University in Columbus and is employed by Children's World Daycare. Mr. Ragozine is majoring in biology and microbiology at OSU while working for BW3.
The couple will exchange wedding vows during a 2 p.m. ceremony July 2 at St. Rose Church followed by an evening reception at Squaw Creek Country Club in Vienna.
