XThe 83rd annual Isaac Anderson and Lydia Warner reunion will be held June 25 at the Grove City Memorial Park, Route 58, Grove City, Pa., in the big sheltered area. Setup will begin at 10 a.m., coffee will be available at 11 and the meal will be served at noon. Those attending are asked to take their own table setting a casserole and dessert, and a wrapped white elephant prize for bingo. Coffee and cold drinks will be provided. After the meal, there will be a family meeting followed by games.
XThe 85th annual Beight family reunion will be held from 5 to 10 p.m. June 26 at Hoffmaster Pavilion in Boardman Township Park.
XPlans are underway for the 45th reunion of the East High School Class of 1960. The two-day event will begin Aug. 12 with an informal get-together at the Holiday Inn, Boardman. There will be a morning golf outing Aug. 13, and that evening dinner and entertainment will be held at Mr. Anthony's in Boardman. All classmates and friends are welcome. Contact A.J. XMembers of the East High School Class of 1962 will meet for their annual luncheon get-together at noon Wednesday at Gardens Restaurant, McKinley Street, near Fellows Riverside Gardens in Mill Creek Park. XMineral Ridge High School Alumni Banquet will be held June 18 in the Mineral Ridge High School cafeteria. Social hour will be held at 5:30 p.m. with a buffet dinner at 6:30. The reunion will be held at the Stacey Pavilion in Austintown Township Park, and the cost is $12 per person. XBasketball players are needed for the Struthers High School Alumni Association all-alumni reunion for students, teachers and workers. The weekend-long festivities will begin with the evening basketball game June 30, when the even-year alumni will play against the odd-year alumni. All proceeds will benefit the scholarship funds., and a sock hop will follow the game. Dinner is planned July 1, and tours of the school and an evening at Mauthe Park are scheduled for July 2.
