XYOUNGSTOWN -- Making their home at 125 Creston Drive, Boardman, after a honeymoon in Riviera Maya, Mexico, are Joseph H. Cole III and his bride, the former Jill Marie DeMain, who were married May 7 at St. Christine Church.
The daughter of John and Norma DeMain, 3119 Louise Rita Court, and the son of Margaret Sams, 1337 Overbrook Ave., Liberty, and the late Joseph H. Cole Jr. exchanged their vows before the Rev. G. David Weikart, and a reception followed at St. Mary Assumption Social Center.
The bride is a teacher for Mahoning Youngstown Community Action Partnership Head Start, and the groom is a customer-service specialist for SBC. She graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree in early childhood education from Youngstown State University, where he earned a bachelor's in education.
The bride's strapless, A-line gown of ivory satin featured a split train with an organza inset.
Attendants wearing ivory and coral were Jodi Bednar, the bride's cousin, as matron of honor; Dr. Heather Eck, Leslie Prosser, Donna Borovitcky and Linda Russell as bridesmaids; Stephanie DeMain, her niece, as junior bridesmaid; and Emily DeMain, her niece, as flower girl.
Christopher Zografides and Robert Lewis served as best men, and Ronald Gay Jr., James Bole and Kyle Conklin, the groom's nephew, were groomsmen. Ross Sedinger and Shawn Hitt Jr., also nephews, were junior groomsman and ring bearer, respectively.
Also participating were Dean and Todd DeMain, the bride's brothers, and Lori Sedinger, Lisa Conklin and Lonnie Hitt, the groom's sisters.
