Sewer conflicts result in water shutdown

BOARDMAN -- The water main on Redwood Place between Tippecanoe Road and Linden Place will be shut down from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Aug. 1.
During this time, the Shelby Company will relocate a section of water main which conflicts with the new sewer line being installed.
Residents at 2110, 2120 and 2125 Redwood and 3105 Linden will be affected.
When water service is restored, authorities recommend that residents boil any tap water used for cooking and drinking until it is tested and considered safe.
