SCOPE Howland Senior Center, 8273 High St. N.E., Warren, activities are as follows: Green Thumb Garden Club will move off-site and meet at 10:30 a.m. Aug. 11 at the Ohio Extension Building for a tour of Cortland gardens conducted by Earl Thomas, master gardener; line dancing will be from 3 to 5 p.m. each Thursday and noon to 2:30 p.m. each Friday, cost is $4 per class; Investment Club meetings are held from 3 to 5 p.m. the third Thursday of each month, call the center and ask for Joe Bedich for information on joining the club. The following trips are open to the public: Quebec railroad tour Sept. 12 and "Sound of Music" at the Carousel Dinner Theatre on Sept. 8.
