Quarles-Benson troth announced, wedding planned

XThe engagement and upcoming marriage of Detrinalyn V. Quarles, 1367 Maple Crest Drive, Austintown, and Derrick D. Benson, 4605 Michigan, Liberty Township, is being announced by their parents.
The bride-elect is a daughter of Doris Ann Quarles and John Dennis Quarles III, both of Boardman, and the future groom is a son of Frederick and Lovie Benson, 347 Mistletoe Ave., Youngstown.
The couple have planned an open wedding for 2:30 p.m. Sept. 17 at Nevels Temple Church of God in Christ, Youngstown. Their evening reception will be held by invitation at St. Anne Ukrainian Church, Austintown.
Miss Quarles attended Youngstown State University and is an inventory clerk manager with Industrial Machining and Design Services Inc., in Austintown.
Mr. Benson is a therapeutic-program worker with Youngstown Developmental Center in Mineral Ridge.
