AQUA HISTORY: A crew takes a break from laying 24-inch water pipeline along Federal Street in the top photo, taken in 1931. It was the last stretch of industrial pipeline on a 5-mile stretch from the Brier Hill neighborhood to Struthers. The bottom photo was taken at Aqua Ohio's State Street facility in Struthers, which was built in 1925 and is still in use. The date of the photo is unknown.
