Area legislators report these projects are included in the highway bill:
MAHONING COUNTY
U.S. Route 224: $4 million to widen road, add turn lanes and make other safety improvements.
Western Reserve Road: $2 million for widening.
Mill Creek MetroParks Bikeway: $400,000 for further construction.
Youngstown State: Road, pedestrian safety improvements, $2.1 million.
Youngstown: Construct access improvements to Interstate 680 and internal roadways for Mahoning River Corridor of Opportunity, $1.6 million.
COLUMBIANA COUNTY
State Route 170: $2 million for lane widening in Calcutta.
State Route 14: $800,000 for turn lane at Washingtonville Road.
TRUMBULL COUNTY
Vernon Township: Construction of safety and related improvements on Rutledge Transfer Road, $96,000.
Warren: Renovate and expand National Packard Museum and adjacent historic Packard facilities, $2.75 million.
Warren: Design and construction work along the Riverwalk and adjacent facilities, $1.2 million.
Howland Township: Construct interchange improvements at state Route 46 and state Route 82, $450,000.
Niles: Acquisition of bus operational and service equipment for Niles Trumbull Transit, $167,200.
