CONCERT SERIES Linda Davis, Fun Bunch set for Buhl Park

SHARON, Pa. -- Linda Davis and the Fun Bunch will perform from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Sunday at Buhl Park for the Joseph "Joe Cann" Cantelupe Memorial Concert Series 2005.
This will be the third concert in the series, which began in June, and is dedicated to Cantelupe, the late president of the Sharon musicians union. It will continue from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Aug. 21 with the Ed Telega Orchestra and Aug. 28 with the Carmen Mico Orchestra.
Davis, a vocal stylist from Youngstown, has been singing and playing gospel keyboard since she was 5, and attended Youngstown State University's Dana School of Music. She has entertained governors, judges and actors, including Jeanne Cooper (Katherine Chancellor of the "Young and the Restless" daytime soap opera), Don King and Mike Tyson with her gospel, progressive and standard jazz and R & amp;B renditions.
She has performed with the Al White Jazz Ensemble, Roger DeLillo Sextet and other bands, and will be working early next year with Al McKenzie, music director and keyboard player of the Temptations.
