A summary of recent criminal activities in Austintown Township:
July 11
Theft: $50 in gasoline was stolen from Pilot Oil, 1150 N. Canfield-Niles Road.
Theft: A fence post was stolen in the 5000 block of London Drive.
Theft: An ATM card was stolen in the 6000 block of Mahoning Avenue.
Aggravated menacing: A man made death threats and later committed aggravated arson at the victim's residence in the 100 block of Maple Leaf Drive. The suspect was later taken into custody.
Theft: A purse was taken and later recovered. A man was arrested on a theft charge at the Sleep Inn, 5555 Interstate Boulevard.
Criminal damaging: The window of a vehicle was broken out at Chippers, 5 N. Edgehill Ave.
Forgery: Three fraudulent money orders were obtained at the 717 Credit Union, 6460 Mahoning Avenue.
July 12
Criminal damaging: A vehicle was damaged in the 100 block of Cavalcade Drive.
Auto Theft: A 2002 Chrysler PT cruiser was stolen from the Upstairs Lounge, 4500 Mahoning Avenue.
Breaking and entering: Entry was gained through the second floor at Scachetti's, 3781 Mahoning Avenue.
Burglary: A 20-inch yellow boys' bike was stolen from the 3000 block of White Beech Lane.
Criminal damaging: A motel room was damaged at Motel 6, 5431 Seventy-Six Drive.
Theft: A wallet and purse with credit cards, an Ohio license and a Social Security card were stolen from the 20 block of N. Wickliffe Circle.
Auto theft: A 1992 Chevrolet Suburban was stolen from a residence in the 400 block of South Raccoon Road.
Theft: Fuel was taken from Sheetz gas station, 5499 Mahoning Ave.
July 13
Theft: Fuel was taken from Pilot Oil, 1150 Canfield-Niles Road.
Criminal damaging: A vehicle window was damaged in the 4000 block of Burkey Road.
July 14
Breaking and entering: Nine cartons of cigarettes were taken from Golden Food Mart, 4290 New Road.
Breaking and entering: Two ice shavers were taken from the 100 block of South Meridian Road.
Theft: $52 in fuel was taken from Pilot Oil.
Personal injury: A dog bite was reported in the 1300 block of Maplecrest Drive.
Criminal damaging: A window was damaged by BB pellets in the 70 block of Parkgate Avenue.
July 15
Theft: A 2005 mini chopper was stolen from the 20 block of North Navarre Avenue.
Theft from auto: A theft from a vehicle was reported at Greenwood Chevrolet, 4695 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: $32.41 in gasoline was stolen from Sheetz gas station, 5499 Mahoning Ave.
July 16
Theft: Fuel was taken from the BP gas station, 5502 Mahoning Ave.
Aggravated robbery: Two men in their late teens robbed McQuaid's, 702 N. Meridian Road of an undetermined amount of cash.
Attempted burglary: A window screen was damaged in the 300 block of Idlewood Road.
Theft: Lawn ornaments were stolen in the 500 block of Western Place.
Theft: Gasoline was reported stolen at Get-Go, 5163 Mahoning Avenue. The suspect claimed he used a credit card.
July 17
Disorderly conduct: A woman was issued a summons for disorderly conduct in the 3000 block of Allendale Avenue.
Theft: Power Wheels and a Barbie Jeep were stolen from a residence in the 3000 block of Wendover Circle.
