XLOWELLVILLE -- A reception was held at The Georgetown in Boardman to honor Mark Gentile and his bride, the former Jill Colaneri, following their wedding at 1:30 p.m. June 18 at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church.
The Rev. Gerald DeLucia presided at the ceremony for the daughter of Ron and Jacci Colaneri, 165 Overlook Blvd., Struthers, and the son of Michael Gentile, 8227 Struthers Road, and the late Rochelle Gentile.
Since returning from a wedding trip to Costa Rica, the couple live in Poland.
The bride's strapless A-line gown was styled with a corset back and featured crystal beads on the front and train.
Caren Cuccarese was the honor attendant. She wore a berry-colored gown, as did the bridesmaids, Carole Canfield, Cheryl Dolphin, Brandy Cammack, Anissa Kalbasky, Annie Scavnicky, Nicci Dlwgosh and Leslie Johnson. Sarah Carlson was junior bridesmaid.
The duties of best man were performed by John Gentile, and groomsmen were Michael Colaneri, Matt Gentile, Mike Gentile, Anthony Gentile, Ben Canfield, Tommy Antonishak and Scott Johnson. Junior groomsman was Marky Stanovcak.
The bride holds a bachelor's degree in education from Youngstown State University and is pursuing her master's in library information science at Kent State University. She is an intervention specialist with Crestview School District, Columbiana.
The groom is an electrician with University Electric in Youngstown.
