Hubbard couple will mark 50th on Saturday

XHUBBARD -- Joseph Jr. and Betty Longo, 819 Saul Drive, will mark their 50th wedding anniversary July 23 with a private dinner in Hubbard.
Mr. Longo and the former Betty Litz were married on that date in 1955 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Youngstown. She is a homemaker, and he was a Hubbard city police officer before retiring in 1991. He also was a member of the Army Reserves.
Both belong to St. Patrick Church. They are the parents of six children and the grandparents of 14.
