BOARDMAN PARK WILL HAVE A SENIOR FUN DAY FROM 10 A.M. TO 1 P.M. THURSDAY AT THE COMMUNITY CENTER. COST IS $1, AND ACTIVITIES INCLUDE EXERCISE, CRAFTS, BINGO AND LUNCH AT THE PARK.

Boardman Park will have a Senior Fun Day from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at the Community Center. Cost is $1, and activities include exercise, crafts, bingo and lunch at the park.
Senior Center of Mahoning County, 1110 Fifth Ave., Youngstown, has scheduled the following: Monday, bridge at 1 p.m.; Tuesday, oil painting and computer classes at 10 a.m., New Middletown picnic at 11, blood pressure screening and computer class at noon, new writing class at 1 p.m. and digital class at 2; Wednesday, watercolor class at 10 a.m., Lake Milton picnic at 11, blood pressure screening at 12:30 p.m. and 500 cards at 1; Thursday, Watch Our Weight Support Group and woodcarvers at 9 a.m., Hugs & amp; Stitches sewing group at 10, blood pressure screenings at 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., and line dancing at 1 p.m.; and Friday, luau at Boardman Park from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The center has applications for the SBC Lifeline Ohio telephone discount program for $12.38 a month to eligible applicants.
