Resolution Fund
Judge Timothy P. Maloney of Mahoning County Probate Court said a $15 fee for the dispute resolution fund will be charged on these proceedings:
Adoptions, every civil action, conservatorship (guardian appointed to handle a ward's financial affairs), disinterment, disposal of a minor's estate, guardianships of an incompetent, emergency guardianships for an incompetent, guardianship of a minor, minor's settlement, summary administration of estates, placement for adoption, trusts, and full and ancillary administrations.
