XGIRARD -- Jennifer Nobles and Timothy McDonough, both of 920 East Drive, Sheffield Lake, were married at 2 p.m. June 11 in St. Rose Church.
The daughter of Linda and Mark Moss of North Jackson and the son of Michael and Marsha McDonough of Avon exchanged their vows before the Rev. James Korda, and a reception followed at Aulizio's Banquet Center in Warren.
The bride, who is retaining her maiden name, is a doctoral candidate at Kent State University, where she earned a bachelor's and a master's in education.
The groom also holds a bachelor's from KSU and is a postal carrier for the U.S. Postal Service in Lorain.
The bride wore a white, strapless A-line gown styled with a chapel-length train and embellished with beading.
Her attendants, in celadon-green dresses, were Valerie McClinton, matron of honor, and the bridesmaids, Megan Ries, the groom's sister, and Deborah Augustine, Traci Brown, Nadine Hagoort and Stacie Sandrock. Melissa Moss, the bride's stepsister, was junior bridesmaid, and Rachel Bendon, the bride's cousin, and Madeline Nobles, her niece, were flower girls.
Kurt Kujawski was best man, and groomsmen were Martin and Kevin McDonough, the groom's brothers; Scott Sykora; Jamie Nobles, the bride's brother; and Sean Ries, the groom's brother-in-law. Robert Bendon, the bride's cousin, was ring bearer, and Brad Hughes and Steve Nickum were ushers.
