Food service kicks off for disabled children

People under 18 and certified as disabled are eligible to receive free meals.
YOUNGSTOWN -- Free meals are being made available to children under 18 through the Summer Food Service Program for Children.
The program, sponsored by the Mahoning Youngstown Community Action Partnership, is providing free meals for people over 18 who are determined by a state or local public educational agency to be mentally or physically disabled.
