Valley volunteer travels to help



WARREN -- Kathy Miller, a volunteer with the Trumbull County American Red Cross, traveled Monday to Montgomery, Ala., to work as a staff services supervisor in the cleanup of Hurricane Dennis.
Her responsibilities will be assigning volunteers to specific relief jobs, housing and orientation.
The Trumbull chapter also has an emergency response vehicle available at the Warren office if Ohio is affected by flooding from storm.
Red Cross officials say that people can help the victims by giving to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund, which enables the Red Cross to provide shelter, food, counseling and other assistance to tvictims.
