Wedding plans announced for Mr. Russo, fianc & eacute;e

XThe parents of Amanda N. Morgan-Milligan and Josh F. Russo, both of 128 Forest Park Drive, Boardman, are announcing the couple's engagement and coming marriage.
The bride-elect is a daughter of Linda and Harold Milligan Jr., 623 W. Harvey St., Struthers, and the late Thomas R. Morgan.
Parents of the prospective groom are Ms. Terry Russo, 1348 Redtail Hawk, Boardman, and Frederick and Melissa Russo, 4 Bob-White Court, Youngstown.
The couple will exchange nuptial vows during an open ceremony at 2:30 p.m. Aug. 13 at Struthers Presbyterian Church. Invitations will be issued for an evening reception at St. Nicholas Great Hall in Struthers.
Miss Morgan-Milligan attended Kent State University and Allegheny College in Meadville, Pa. She is an area manager for Best Buy in Niles.
Mr. Russo attended Youngstown State University and is employed by Shutrump and Associates in Canfield.
