MLS ROUNDUP | Saturday's game

Wizards 1, United 0
WASHINGTON (AP) -- Sasha Victorine's unassisted goal in the 77th minute gave Kansas City the victory in a battle of last year's MLS Cup finalists. Victorine's fourth goal of the season gave the Wizards their second win in their last eight matches, with four of their league-high seven draws coming during that stretch. With the victory, the Wizards (6-4-7) took sole possession of third place in the MLS Eastern Conference while D.C. United (6-6-4) dropped to fourth place. United took 17 shots to Kansas City's six, including a 7-4 advantage in shots on goal, but lost for the second time in their last five outings. In the 15th minute, United's Freddy Adu juked two defenders on a dazzling drive but his shot on goal from point-blank range was denied by Wizards goalkeeper Bo Oshoniyi, who made four saves in the first half and finished with seven. Oshoniyi also saved a shot by Adu in the 62nd minute. Christian Gomez, Joshua Gros and Jamil Walker also had shots on goal for United in the scoreless first half. Scott Sealy had two shots on goal for the Wizards.
