XNEW MIDDLETOWN -- Vows were exchanged June 4 at Zion Lutheran Church by Karen M. Surko and Anthony G. Frattaroli, both of 2021 Wingate Road, Poland.
The bride is a daughter of Joseph and MaryAnn Surko, 2020 Everett Ave., Youngstown, and the groom is a son of Anthony and Margie Frattaroli, 108 Forest Creek Drive, Struthers.
The 1:30 p.m. ceremony was solemnized by the Rev. Larry Klinker.
A reception followed at The Elm Tree in Struthers, then the couple left for a honeymoon in Las Vegas.
The bride wore a white short-sleeved gown of chiffon and schiffli lace styled with a chapel-length train and embellished with crystal beading and pearl sequins.
Attending her in red dresses were her sister, Diane Surko, maid of honor; Vicki Dubos, Pam Stock and Renee Thompson, bridesmaids; and the groom's daughter, Nina Frattaroli, and the bride's niece, Mya Snyder, flower girls.
David Miketa served as best man; Michael Krohn, Darrell Balakoff and Joseph Surko, the bride's brother, were groomsmen; and Joseph Frattaroli, the groom's son, and Phillip Snyder, the bride's nephew, were ring bearers.
The bride is assistant manager for Gorant Candies in Boardman, and the groom owns Frattaroli Sparkle Market in New Middletown.
